In our programs, one of the most important factors will be the learning of Mindfulness in our daily life. This is why we call upon the expertise of José Luis-Reig, a clinical psychologist and dispositional mindfulness, with more than ten years of career experience in these fields.

His relationship with Mindfulness goes back a long way and is linked to his experience as an Aikido instructor, an activity in which he has been working, learning and studying for more than 20 years, in addition to his academic training in clinical psychology.

José Luis was the creator of the ‘Pollença Municipio Mindful’ macro project. The project has been approved in a plenary session of the municipal political corporation, as well as the University of the Balearic Islands, King's College London University (a world leader in Mindfulness through the work of Dr. Paul Chadwick) and with the support of other corporations and universities.

25 years ago he started sporting projects in the organisation of sporting entities in the field of tourism and health, creating one of the first companies of activities in the natural environment in Mallorca, carrying out guiding and consultancy work in the field of sport.

He currently teaches in professional training centres for health and physical activity. She manages the sports development projects of her students. She is also in charge of the physical preparation of sportsmen and women for performance and health.

In his personal life he is active in mountain activities and strength training for health.

With more than 30 years of experience, Clínica Morano, a benchmark in the Balearic Islands in aesthetic medicine, has Rosa Rullán on its team, a renowned nutritional advisor who has already built up a community of more than 100.000 people on Instagram through its account @nutrisinexcusas.

This team of professionals advises us with a nutritional plan adapted to the season and to our clients, to take care of their diet during their stay in our retreats. The diet we work with is anti-inflammatory, which helps to prevent numerous non-communicable diseases, improve energy and sleep quality.
