Renowned chef awarded with one Michelin star and two Repsol suns
Santi Taura and his team, together with nutrition specialists, prepare a wide variety of recipes adapted to healthy eating
Santi has more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality sector. In February 2016 he opened DINS in Lloseta, his most personal proposal to date, with which he cooks with more freedom any ingredient or recipe from the Islands. In 2019 he moved to Palma, specifically to the old Jewish quarter of La Calatrava, where DINS Santi Taura was awarded a Michelin star and two Repsol suns.
Grup Santi Taura currently has 5 restaurants, three of which are in Palma: the aforementioned DINS Santi Taura and Restaurant Urbà, both located in the hotel El Llorenç Parc de la Mar, and COR Barra i Taula, located in the heart of Palma. The other two restaurants are located in Pollença, both in our establishment, El Vicenç de la Mar. Here you can enjoy their creations at El Vicenç Restaurant and at U Mayol.
